I am a vegetarian (former) massage therapist who is interested in Chinese philosophy, and I work…in finance.  Go figure.

Recently, I have been going through physical rehabilitation for a severe case of vitamin D deficiency (from not enough sunlight).  Every single bone and tendon in my body is weak and needs to be rebuilt, and I am expected to recover by Summer 2010.  I am grateful to have the opportunity to learn so much about how the body works and repairs itself, and the importance of proper nutrition and getting enough sunlight.
